You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a program.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Two kinds of purchases exist on this site:
Prices may change. Price changes for subscriptions will be communicated with notice before they take effect, and they never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.
31 Days carries a 31-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Strong Over 40 and Hurt 100 each carry a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The Circle can be canceled anytime, with a 7-day full refund available on the first payment only. The Cohort is refundable in full before its cohort start date and non-refundable after. Books are sold through Amazon and follow Amazon's return policy. The full terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. The guarantee or refund terms shown on a program's sales page at the time of purchase control for that purchase.
Paid content is for you, not for distribution. Do not share your login, share paid program content, or give others access to material they did not purchase. Do not scrape the site, disrupt the service, harass other members, or post unlawful content in community spaces. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
All content on this site, including the 5-Day Build, 31 Days, Strong Over 40, Hurt 100, The Cohort, The Circle, books, videos, worksheets, and written material, is owned by Jermaine Jefferson and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own use. You may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute it without written permission.
These programs involve physical exercise, which carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and assume all risk of injury. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including sharing paid content or abusing community spaces. You may close your account at any time through the Contact page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
