Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Jermaine Jefferson ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use this website and its programs. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Period.

What We Collect

We collect the following:

• Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account, sign up for the free 5-Day Build, join a waitlist, or submit a coaching application.
• Payment information. All payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touches or gets stored on this site. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the email tied to it.
• Program activity. Your program progress, streaks, badges, and journal entries. Journal entries are private to you.
• Email activity. Our email is sent through Klaviyo. Klaviyo tracks standard email data such as opens, clicks, and unsubscribes.
• Basic usage data. Non-identifying data about how the site is used, which helps us improve it. Some pages embed YouTube videos, and YouTube may set its own cookies when you play them.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver the programs and content you signed up for, run your account and track your program progress, process purchases and refunds, send you the emails you asked for, respond to your messages, and improve the site. That is it.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the services that run this site:

• Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
• Klaviyo sends and manages our email.
• Base44 hosts the website and stores account and program data.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and keep the site working. Embedded services like YouTube may set their own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, but some features, like staying logged in, may stop working.

Email Opt-Out

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you are out, no questions asked. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails, like purchase receipts or password resets, which we send only when needed.

Data Deletion

You can request that we delete your account and personal information at any time through the Contact page or by email at contact.growfitfl@gmail.com. We will confirm the request and delete your data, except where we are required to keep records, such as payment records for tax purposes.

Children

This site and its programs are built for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

California Residents

Under CalOPPA and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the following rights:

• Right to know. You can ask what personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete. You can ask us to delete your personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination. We will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. To exercise any of these rights, use the Contact page or email contact.growfitfl@gmail.com.

Other US State Privacy Rights

If you live in another state with a privacy law, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Texas, we honor the same rights of access, deletion, and correction on request. Reach out through the Contact page or email contact.growfitfl@gmail.com and we will handle it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. Still, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be flagged by email or a site notice.
