The Circle is a monthly subscription. There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then billing stops. We do not issue partial-month refunds for time remaining in a billing period. Your first payment is the exception: if you join and The Circle is not for you, ask within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full.
The Cohort is refundable in full any time before your cohort's start date. After the cohort starts, the Do-The-Work Guarantee applies: complete every weekly check-in and every weekly deliverable through the end of week two, and if you decide the Cohort is not for you, request a full refund before the end of week three and we will issue it. Refund requests after week three, or without the completed week-one and week-two work, are not eligible. This program is built for men who show up, and the guarantee reflects that.
The books are sold through Amazon, so Amazon's return policy applies. Book returns and refunds go through Amazon, not this site.

All payments on this site are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once issued, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If a program was purchased as a gift, refund requests must come from the purchaser, and the same terms above apply based on the program purchased.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here applies to purchases made after its effective date. The terms shown on a program's sales page at the time of your purchase always control for that purchase.
